Description of responsibilities:
By becoming part of BTA, we will entrust you with:
- Negotiating, concluding and administering insurance contracts;
- Consulting and providing assistance to colleagues and insurance intermediaries;
- Presenting the best insurance offer that best meets the client's needs;
- Searching for the best solution to resolve the request submitted by insurance intermediaries.

By joining BTA, we will ensure:
Fixed-term employment contract.
Compensation system:
1300 €/month. fixed part without taxes;
+ monthly bonus up to 40% of fixed remuneration;
+ quarterly bonus for meeting sales targets set by the team;
+ Annual bonus up to 125% of one month's fixed remuneration for company results.
- Enjoy communicating and collaborating with different people;
- Have experience with sales;
- Have initiative and a sense of responsibility;
- You are computer literate (MS Office).
