What we are looking for:
We are looking for a responsible, technically minded and excellent organizational team member to become the right hand of our sales team in the Baltics. In this position, you will take over the administrative and operational part from the Baltic region sales managers: you will be responsible for smooth customer service, evaluation of technical tasks, preparation of proposals and contracts, administration and successful management of order processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of commercial offers: preparation of accurate, technically sound offers based on information provided by sales managers and customer requests.
- Contract management: preparation, coordination of contracts with new customers, collection of signatures (by electronic means), filling in the contract register. Administration of contracts with existing customers, tracking their validity, reviewing conditions and timely extension of contracts.
- Relationship maintenance: maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers while preparing commercial offers, clarifying information with customers and internal company employees, which is necessary for submitting offers.
- Technical task analysis: clarification of customer needs and coordination of technical solutions with other company employees.
- Data update: updating and filling in information about existing and new customers in the CRM system.
- Order submission and administration: releasing orders for execution, communication with logistics, order tracking, communication with customers about delivery terms, other delivery conditions, notification of delays or other necessary communication before order fulfillment.
- Equipment - checking equipment balances, updating prices in internal company systems, informing sales managers and other interested parties about changes.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), ability to prepare technical and commercial documentation in English.
- Higher education.
- Successful experience in sales or working with customer service.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and time management skills.
- Good technical understanding (ability to read technical specifications and delve into the nuances of the service).
- Good computer skills (MS Office, experience working with business management systems/CRM).
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken). Russian is an advantage.
- Result-oriented, thorough and attentive to details when preparing documentation.
