We are looking for a colleague who will become an important support for the Vilnius regional sales team - will take care of sales quality, data analysis, process improvement and, in close cooperation with the regional manager, will help ensure the effective operation of the sales team.

- Prepare data analyses and reports that would help ensure the smooth work of the sales team and make data-based decisions
- Contribute to the efficiency of the Vilnius region's employees and the improvement of other processes
- Cooperate with the regional manager on issues of employee coordination and organization of activities
You will be great if:
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar field - working with sales, sales team (insurance experience is an advantage)
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent with Excel
- Able to work independently
- Have analytical thinking and the ability to quickly solve problems
- Able to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
