Nature of work
You will be the main contact for the customer - from the inquiry to the paid and delivered order.
You will prepare commercial offers and answer customer questions about prices, balances and terms.
You will send advance invoices and track payments.
You will inform customers about the progress of orders and delays, and handle complaints.
You will manage customer and product data in systems (Salesforce, Euroskaita).

Employee requirements
Higher / college education or final year of studies.
English – B2 level, written and spoken.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Independence and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not required.

The company offers
Fixed-term employment contract - 1 year.
Salary from 1800 EUR before taxes.
Annual bonus depending on the company and personal results.
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
