Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of new clients in Lithuania and the Baltic States
- Creation and development of long-term relationships with major partners
- Maintenance and development of relationships with Klaipėda port terminals and partners
- Search for new opportunities in the port and initiation of joint projects
- Development and offering of individual logistics solutions to clients
- Analysis of client needs, preparation of price offers and tenders
- Long-term negotiations with decision-makers and conclusion of contracts
- Implementation of sales plan and exceeding KPI (new clients, revenue)
- Monitoring of market trends and analysis of competitors
- Active work with CRM system and preparation of sales reports
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Experience in active/new client search (in the field of "cold" calls, LinkedIn, exhibitions, contact base development)
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to conduct long-term negotiations with decision-makers (C-level, directors, purchasing managers)
- Analytical skills - ability to analyze customer needs, calculate prices / margins, prepare individual offers / tenders, work with Excel / BI tools
- Ability to work independently, initiative, sense of responsibility and orientation towards long-term relationships
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluent Lithuanian, English skills at least B2 level
- Experience working with AI tools, Microsoft Office skills
- Logistics knowledge - an advantage
