Nature of work
- Communicate with major Lithuanian retail chains and other VIP clients;
- Search for new clients in export markets;
- Develop sales growth and ensure the implementation of the company's strategic goals;
- Initiate, create and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients and partners;
- Analyze market opportunities, the competitive environment and provide strategic solutions for improving the company's * activities;
- Present the company's products to customers, participate in negotiations, prepare commercial offers and sales contracts, manage product pricing.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with retail chains (food or grocery products) is required;
- Experience in finding new markets and successfully expanding activities, initiative;
- Successful experience in developing B2B sales;
- Strong orientation to results and ability to implement strategic goals;
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written), knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage;
- Higher, college education;
- Driver's license (category B);
- Good computer skills.
