Nature of work
- Organizing and motivating the team;
- Ensuring process activities (control of orders, service, movement of goods);
- Managing and supervising the sales process - from contact to completed order;
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving goals;
- Analyzing results and reporting to management;
- Ensuring quality and customer service standards;
- Training and adapting new team members.
- Other tasks delegated by the manager
What do we expect from you
- Leadership experience (at least 7 people in a team);
- Sales experience (an advantage in the field of automotive parts);
- Ability to plan and manage team activities;
- Basics of Russian and English (oral and written);
- Result orientation, independence and initiative;
- Experience in working with customers and a sales team.
