A company that has been successfully working in sales for more than 25 years, expanding its activities not only in Lithuania but also in foreign markets, invites a motivated and enthusiastic SALES PROJECT MANAGER to join its team for the introduction of a new, environmentally friendly construction product to the market (B2B sector).

Nature of work

  • Active search for new clients (architects/designers and builders) and maintaining relations with existing clients;
  • Preparation of commercial offers, order progress monitoring;
  • Organization of presentations and seminars of the represented product;
  • Participation in exhibitions and conferences;
  • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations, conclusion of contracts;
  • Market analysis, improvement and implementation of the company's sales strategy.

Employee requirements

  • Higher/higher education (civil engineering, architecture studies - a big advantage);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Successful active sales experience (construction, technical products) and motivation;
  • Organization, communication and teamwork skills;
  • Computer skills;
  • English and Russian language skills;
  • Category B driver's license;
  • Initiative, analytical thinking, communication skills, results orientation.
