Our DILED team is growing, and here the project manager is never alone - we have a strong design team, DALI management department, which helps both in developing solutions and implementing projects.
We are looking for someone who wants to work on truly significant and interesting projects - such as the new departure terminal of Vilnius Airport, the Delfi sports center padel courts and many other public, commercial and large private objects.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:
- Search for lighting projects, active sales.
- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships (architects, designers, contractors)
- Meetings with customers, representing the DILED team.
- Preparing and coordinating commercial offers.
- Conclusion of contracts, coordination of pricing.
- Drawing up and managing product delivery schedules, forming orders.
- Coordination of lighting projects with customers and architects.
- Supervision of project processes at the facility.
- Presentation of project results to the team.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Significant experience in sales and/or project management.
- Experience in the lighting field is a great advantage.
- Ability to communicate fluently and clearly.
- Logical thinking, organization and responsibility.
- Negotiation skills.
- Initiative and desire to grow and improve.
- Good English.
- Category B driver's license.
