A growing and ambitious company is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Sales Project Manager to join the team and actively develop sales of furniture materials in the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish markets. We are looking for someone who understands the needs of customers in this area, is able to build long-term relationships and strives for high results. Nature of work:

  • Actively search for and attract new B2B customers in the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish markets;
  • Develop and expand sales of furniture materials to existing and new customers;
  • Consult customers and offer the most suitable product and cooperation solutions according to their needs;
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the Baltic States and Poland;
  • Organize visits to customers, go on business trips, participate in business meetings and exhibitions;
  • Analyze the market situation, customer needs, competitive environment and identify new business opportunities;
  • Professionally present the company's product range, news and trade opportunities;
  • Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms focused on long-term partnership;
  • Cooperate with supply, logistics and internal teams to achieve effective order fulfillment;.

We believe that you would do best in this position if:

  • You have successful active sales experience in the B2B segment;
  • You have experience in furniture materials, furniture production or a related field;
  • You understand the needs of business customers and are able to offer the most suitable solutions;
  • You are able to independently plan activities and manage the sales process from contact to transaction;
  • You are result-oriented, have strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • You love to travel and are ready for regular business trips;
  • You speak English well, knowledge of Russian and/or Polish would be an advantage;
  • You have a category B driver's license.
