We are currently looking for a Product Group Sales Manager who would be responsible for growing the roof safety elements group in Lithuania. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy of the roof safety product group – develop the search for new customers, increase sales volumes, ensure the necessary profitability. More info about the category - Roof safety elements.
- Analyze the market, competitors, determine growth directions.
- Educate the market, create and maintain relationships with representatives of the construction segment (architects, designers, contractors, etc.).
- Actively participate in the processes of optimizing and adapting the roof safety product range to the Lithuanian and Baltic markets throughout the product life cycle - from proposals for new product development, product introduction to the market, to product withdrawal.
- Work in cooperation with regional sales teams, providing them with direction, tools, training materials and together finding the best solutions.

Requirements:
- >2 years of technical product sales experience.
- Ability to understand technical aspects, read drawings.
- English language skills – for communication with colleagues from Europe.
- Driver's license.
- Proactivity, initiative and ability to implement solutions in practice.
- Experience with roofing – a significant advantage.
- Experience in category development and legal/certification experience – an advantage.
