What will work in our team:

  • You will work with B2B clients, helping to solve employee training and competency development challenges.
  • You will act as a consultant - analyze client needs and offer individually tailored e-learning, LMS and other digital solutions.
  • You will lead the entire sales process - from the first contact to closing the deal.
  • You will form and grow your client portfolio, work with CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo and other tools.
  • You will develop Key Account clients, build long-term relationships and work closely with the internal team.
  • You will represent Talentator at events, conferences and meetings with partners.

  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales working with long-term clients (Key Account experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to understand business processes and identify where the real value lies for the client.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and result orientation.
  • Technological curiosity and desire to delve into LMS and AI solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of English, necessary for international projects.

Salary

1600-1800 €/mon. net
(depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses for achieved results.
