MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with construction goods retail chains abroad and in Lithuania
- Active search for distributors abroad, and work with existing distributors
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and searching for new customers
- Implementing personal and team sales goals
- Order administration: coordination, payment control
- Product portfolio development for existing customers
- Cooperation with retail chain category managers and store teams
- Visits to distributors, introduction of new products
- Ensuring product exposure, visiting retail outlets
- Business trips: organizing meetings, developing contacts, presenting products
EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATE (S):
- Experience working with construction materials retail chains in Lithuania or Europe
- Understanding of the principles of retail chain operations and marketing
- Strategic thinking and strong result orientation
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Independence, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
- Knowledge of the construction materials market is a great advantage
- Ability to travel and effectively organize meetings with foreign partners
