MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of export sales in European markets by working with distributors and construction goods
- Search for new distributors and trade partners and building long-term business relationships.
- Cooperation with existing distributors and trade chains, development of their activities and ensuring
- Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers and administering contracts.
- Implementation of sales plans and set goals.
- Coordination of order fulfillment, control of settlements and ensuring the quality of customer service.
- Development of the product portfolio for existing customers and introduction of new products to the market.
- Cooperation with category managers of retail chains and other representatives of partners.
- Regular visits to distributors and trade partners in Europe.
- Planning business trips, organizing meetings and presenting products to customers.
EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATE (S):
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in export sales working with
- Good knowledge of the specifics of distributors and retail chains' activities and principles of cooperation.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good oral and written knowledge of English.
- Oral knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan activities, make decisions and achieve results.
- Knowledge of the construction materials market is an advantage.
- Readiness for regular business trips and work in an international environment.
