Nature of work:
Working as a Sales Project Manager, you will advise prospective and existing clients on residential property acquisition issues and:
- conduct negotiations;
- prepare and submit commercial offers;
- organize property inspections;
- prepare and administer contracts;
- participate in sales strategy development and implementation, external communication processes, and analyze results;
- work with large-scale corporate projects;
- analyze the competitive environment and provide insights into real estate market trends.
We hope:
- Experience in real estate sales and/or rental;
- Experience in product concept development is a great advantage;
- Excellent planning, organization, project management, negotiation and communication, task and problem solving skills;
- Flawless Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Strategic thinking, result-oriented.

Salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
