MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of wholesale sales in European markets, in cooperation with distributors and construction product retail chains.
  • Search for new customers, distributors and business partners and building long-term relationships.
  • Representation of the company and its products in international markets.
  • Negotiations, preparation of commercial offers and administration of contracts.
  • Cooperation with existing partners, development of their activities and ensuring sales growth.
  • Development of product portfolio for existing customers and introduction of new products to the market.
  • Regular visits to distributors and trade partners in Europe, planning business trips and delivering products to customers.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATE (S):

  • Experience in export, B2B or wholesale sales is an advantage.
  • Experience working with distributors, retail chains or non-food products is an advantage.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good oral and written English.
  • Knowledge of the construction segment, especially construction chemicals, market is a great advantage.
  • Ability to independently plan activities, make decisions and achieve results.
