Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead sales projects for passenger transportation market services, ensuring their implementation in accordance with the company's strategic goals
- Ensure the implementation of sales plans for local and international transportation services, aiming for the growth of passenger flows, income and other performance indicators
- Analyze the market, customer needs and market trends, provide proposals for increasing sales and the number of customers
- Evaluate financial and economic results of projects, prepare data-based insights and recommendations, monitor the dynamics of performance indicators
- Manage project risks, coordinate the implementation of changes and ensure effective cooperation with internal and external partners
- Prepare project documentation, technical tasks, reports and present project progress and results to management
- Represent the company at meetings, events and cooperate with partners, customers and institutions in their field of competence
What do we expect?
- University degree education
- Experience in managing and implementing sales projects
- Knowledge of B2C sales processes
- Knowledge of the passenger transportation, public transport or transport services market
- Ability to analyze data, assess performance indicators and make data-based decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Structured thinking, initiative and result orientation
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- English language skills at least B2 level
