Nature of work
- Active sales in the B2C area and search for new customers;
- Independent management of sales of real estate projects;
- Meetings with clients, clarifying their needs, submitting proposals and conducting negotiations;
- Coordination and signing of preliminary purchase and notarial contracts;
- Monitoring of sales results, market and competitors;
- Creation and development of projects together with the entire company team.
What are we hoping for
- Active B2C sales experience, at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of the real estate field and sales process;
- Ability to independently manage project sales and take responsibility for the result;
- Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Result-oriented, independent, proactive, initiative and positivity;
- Foreign languages: English – a must, Russian – an advantage;
- Driving license (category B).

Salary
