Main responsibilities:
- Active search for new customers and development of relationships with existing customers in the field of maritime logistics.
- Initiation, planning and coordination of sales projects from the first contact to project implementation.
- Preparation of commercial offers, pricing and negotiations with customers and partners.
- Preparation of proposals for maritime cargo transportation solutions (full and partial loads by sea, air, train).
- Cooperation with operations, transport, customs and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of logistics, transport management.
- At least 1 year of experience in the maritime logistics sector.
- Experience with partial and full loads, import/export procedures.
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Skills in managing conflict situations.
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Result-oriented, proactive, responsible and positive.
