Currently, the company is expanding its active sales team in Klaipėda and invites a Sales Project Manager to join.

Your job:
- You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, selecting the right product in negotiations with suppliers, and preparing an accurate commercial offer. By supervising the project, you will ensure that we offer the customer products that exactly meet their needs and specifications;
- You will develop sales to contracting and installation companies. Our main client is an electrical installer;
- Your daily tasks: electrical sales planning, search for a technical solution, preparation of commercial offers, all-round customer consulting and successful implementation of the sales project;
- You will actively participate in all sales stages of the project, ensuring timely receipt of information and maintaining contact with all interested parties;
- You will analyze sales results and form a promising sales strategy;
- You will continue business partnership relations with customers, which we are proud of, and expand their circle through active actions.
We will find common ground if:
- Have a university or higher education (in electrical engineering, engineering, automation or a similar field - an advantage);
- Have more than one year of active sales experience in the B2B sector (in the electrical engineering and medium/low voltage products market - a great advantage);
- You easily establish contact with people and understand the essential principles of servicing important customers;
- Are characterized by independence and responsibility, actively and persistently seek sales opportunities;
- Have strong project management skills and logical thinking;
- You are a good negotiator, ensuring the company's interests, but being able to meet the client's expectations;
- Able to solve work issues in English, both written and verbally.
Our offer:
For this position, we offer a salary from 2400 to 3200 EUR, excluding taxes, and an unlimited monthly bonus system based on sales results. We believe that your competencies and achievements must be properly assessed, therefore, we will discuss the specific base salary individually, taking into account your experience and competencies;
