UAB "Asmodas" is a company that has been manufacturing and selling armored doors for more than 25 years. The accumulated experience, reliable solutions and attention to security help the company successfully implement projects for both individual and business clients.

We are currently inviting a Project and Sales Manager to join the team, who would not only actively develop sales, but also manage door installation projects - from the preparation of the proposal to the final handover of work to the customer.

What will you do with us?

  • You will actively seek new B2B customers and develop sales.
  • You will work with both business and private customers, consult them and help them choose the most suitable solutions.
  • You will prepare commercial proposals and participate in construction tenders.
  • You will coordinate door installation projects from the beginning to their final delivery to customers.
  • You will supervise the progress of projects and ensure the smooth implementation of agreements.
  • You will maintain long-term relationships with customers and consult them on technical issues.

We hope you:

  • You have at least 3 years of sales experience.
  • You have gained experience in project management.
  • You are able to independently plan your work, manage multiple processes and take responsibility for the result.
  • You have a higher or higher education in management, marketing, economics, engineering or a similar field.
  • You are able to communicate professionally with different customers, find out their needs and offer the right solution.
  • You are focused on sales results and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience working in doors, windows, gates, roofs or other construction-related fields would be a great advantage.

Salary

2200-2500 €/mon. gross
depending on experience and competencies. Additional motivational bonuses are paid depending on the results achieved.
