We are looking for a strategically thinking and results-oriented Sales Project Manager who will actively develop partnerships with legal entities – companies and organizations – in order to attract support for the Lithuanian Red Cross.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause, strengthening the mission of the Lithuanian Red Cross and building long-term relationships with business clients (B2B segment). This position combines elements of business development, sales and social responsibility – ideal for those who want to do meaningful work, seeing the impact of their efforts on society.

Primary responsibilities
- Active B2B sales development – search for new legal clients, creation and maintenance of long-term relationships;
- Work with telemarketing/call center service providers (outsourcing), ensuring effective sales processes;
- Development and implementation of sales strategy;
- Negotiations, preparation of proposals, conclusion of contracts with companies and organizations;
- Achievement of sales goals and analysis of results/reporting;
- Participation in support and partnership project development processes, focusing on long-term cooperation.
Required qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Experience working with call centers or telemarketing service providers is a must;
- Experience in business development, partnership or support project development is an advantage;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve results;
- Customer and sales result orientation;
- Good English (Russian is an advantage);
- Ability to work with legal partners of various sizes (from SMB to corporations);
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and the values of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
