Nature of work:
We are looking for a proactive and independent Sales Development Manager/Project Manager to contribute to the development of industrial projects in Lithuania. This position is intended for someone who understands technical solutions, is able to build long-term relationships with customers and wants to see the real results of their work in manufacturing companies.
- Independently develop and manage industrial projects in Lithuania.
- Analyze customer needs and select the most suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate the progress of projects in cooperation with technicians, purchasing, warehouse team and brand manager.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on solutions and conditions required for projects.
- Resolve technical and organizational issues, ensuring smooth implementation of projects.

- You have experience in B2B sales, technical solutions sales or project management in the industrial sector.
- You are able to delve into the customer's production processes and understand the technical needs.
- You are independent, proactive and result-oriented.
- You know how to make decisions and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
- You are able to maintain business-like communication with customers, suppliers and the internal team.
- You have experience with industrial equipment, conveyor systems or their components - we will consider this a great advantage.
