We are currently inviting a Sales Project Manager to join the Team, to whom we will entrust work with clients in the Klaipėda region.

We will trust you:
- Sales development of cleaning services in the B2B segment;
- Search for new customers, conclusion of sales transactions;
- Maintain and develop successful cooperation with existing customers;
- Contribute to the improvement of your own and your team's activities with ideas and suggestions.
Let's talk if:
- You have successful, 2+ years of active B2B sales experience and understand what helps to achieve good sales results.
- You have a higher education - in management, sales or a similar field would be an advantage.
- You have a driver's license, you drive.
- You are communicative and easily establish contact - you are able to get along well with different people and build long-term relationships.
- You know how to listen to the Client, understand their needs, assess the situation and offer the optimal solution.
- You are motivated and result-oriented - you pursue both personal and team goals.
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently; other languages are an advantage.
- Project management experience is an additional advantage.
