Currently, we are inviting a Sales Project Manager to join the Team, to whom we will entrust work with clients in the Šiauliai and Klaipėda regions.

We will trust you:
- Sales development of cleaning services in the B2B segment;
- Search for new customers, conclusion of sales transactions;
- Maintain and develop successful cooperation with existing customers;
- Contribute to the improvement of your own and your team's activities with ideas and suggestions.
We hope you:
- Have 2+ years of successful active B2B sales experience (preferably in the service sector);
- Have the skills to search for customers yourself, initiate contact, conduct negotiations and close deals;
- You easily communicate with customers at different levels - from the employee with whom the first contact begins, to the company's manager or decision-maker;
- You know how to listen to the Customer, understand their needs, assess the situation and offer the optimal solution.
- You are independent, result-oriented and can tell with specific examples how you set daily priorities, what you have achieved in sales;
- You have a driver's license, you drive;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently; other languages are an advantage;
- Higher education (in management, sales or a similar field) is an advantage, but your sales results and attitude to work are more important to us;
- Project management experience is an advantage.

The final amount of remuneration will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
The remuneration consists of the specified fixed salary (1500 - 1800 Eur/hand) + real and achievable bonuses depending on the work result.
