We are currently looking for an independent and proactive sales project manager.
Your responsibilities:
Conduct sales via phone, remote and live communication (B2B/B2C);
Build and develop long-term relationships to ensure sales of change programs and customer loyalty;
Provide customers with information about our change programs and answer all questions of concern;
Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve higher sales goals;
Collect and record information in the CRM system;
Analyze customer feedback, provide suggestions, and help improve the sales process.
We hope you:
Have successful experience in sales;
Able to communicate persuasively with clients at different levels, including top-level managers;
Have strong customer expectation management skills;
Communicate correctly in Lithuanian, use a wide vocabulary;
Be communicative, ambitious, independent, result-oriented;
Advantage:
Experience in sales of premium services/training for B2B and B2C sectors;
Interest in self-development, personal development, psychology;
Interest in sales innovations, methodologies and desire to improve in this area.
