Your responsibilities:
- Conduct sales via phone, remote and live communication (B2B/B2C);
- Build and develop long-term relationships to ensure sales of change programs and customer loyalty;
- Provide customers with information about our change programs and answer all questions of concern;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve higher sales goals;
- Collect and record information in the CRM system;
- Analyze customer feedback, provide suggestions, and help improve the sales process.
We hope you:
- Have successful experience in sales;
- Able to communicate persuasively with clients at different levels, including top-level managers;
- Have strong customer expectation management skills;
- Communicate correctly in Lithuanian, use a wide vocabulary;
- Be communicative, ambitious, independent, result-oriented;
