Nature of work
- Project management from order receipt to successful implementation;
- Active work with existing clients and search for new clients and development of long-term relationships;
- Consulting clients on technical and commercial issues;
- Preparation, coordination and presentation of commercial offers to clients;
- Project sales, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
- Control of contract execution and supervision of project progress;
- Preparation and administration of project documentation;
- Cooperation with suppliers, designers, production and installation teams, ensuring smooth implementation of projects.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher or higher technical education (in the field of civil engineering - an advantage);
- You have work experience in managing or implementing medium or large-scale projects;
- You have the basics of AutoCAD;
- The ability to plan your work, effectively organize processes and manage several projects simultaneously;
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- You speak English / Russian (advantage);
- You have a category B driver's license (advantage);
- You are responsible, proactive, have technical thinking and good computer skills.
