We are looking for an ambitious sales manager who is interested in sales performance management, strategic development, and performance improvement.
Nature of work
- Organize, coordinate and consistently develop the activities of the sales department in the Baltic States;
- Promote the growth of sales results and identify new business opportunities;
- Create and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and potential customers;
- Analyze changes in market, competitor and customer needs, ensuring appropriate pricing and sales strategy;
- Monitor sales indicators, prepare analysis and forecasts of results, initiate corrective actions to achieve goals;
- Cooperate closely with the company's management and other departments of the organization, ensuring the implementation of common business goals.
Employee requirements
- Experience in active sales and business development, preferably in the B2B sector;
- Leadership experience, ability to set clear goals, develop employees and achieve high team results;
- Ability to independently plan sales activities, analyze results and make informed business decisions;
- Strategic negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills;
- Strategic thinking, initiative, result orientation and ability to see new business opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of English, ability to communicate smoothly with international partners and colleagues.
