Nature of work
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales projects. Your main task will be to develop and implement sales plans, as well as participate in all phases of the sales project cycle. Analyzing and promoting existing sales, introducing new ones. Creating a sales strategy and implementing it to achieve company goals.
Work in Marijampolė.
- Planning, organizing and managing the work of the sales team;
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key B2B customers;
- Sales development in Lithuania and foreign markets - Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, etc.: searching for new sales channels, developing and maintaining cooperation;
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating, concluding contracts;
- Organizing and controlling the sales process.
- Leading the sales team, developing the sales team.
Work in Marijampolė.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in management/marketing);
- Successful, at least 2 years of management experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian, German is a great advantage;
- Ability to make quick decisions, strong orientation to results, ability to organize, plan tasks, independence and responsibility;
- Driver's license;
- Ability to go on business trips.
