A transport and logistics company, successfully operating in the field of international transportation, is expanding its team and is looking for an ambitious sales professional.
What are you going to do?
- Actively seek new long-term and strategic customers;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers;
- Analyze customer needs and offer them the most suitable logistics solutions;
- Plan a sales strategy and achieve set goals;
- Coordinate the work of the team, set goals and monitor their implementation;
- Resolve non-standard situations and make quick and effective decisions;
- If necessary, go on business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
We hope you:
- You have experience in the field of transport or logistics and are familiar with international transportation pricing;
- You have successful experience in B2B sales;
- You are able to establish long-term business relationships and easily find a common language with different people;
- You are result-oriented and able to independently plan your work;
- You know how to make decisions and take responsibility;
- You speak English well (knowledge of other foreign languages is a great advantage);
- You have experience in managing a team, which would be a great advantage.
