What tasks await:
- form and implement the Company's sales and marketing strategy, ensure the implementation of sales goals, revenue growth and profitability;
- plan and manage sales activities, form sales plans, pricing, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate actions to improve results;
- analyze the road infrastructure services market, customer needs and competitive environment, manage the sales portfolio, identify new commercial opportunities and develop strategic partnerships;
- ensure an effective process of preparing commercial proposals and tender documentation, quality, accuracy and timely submission of proposals;
- develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, municipalities and other public and private sector customers;
- improve, standardize and digitize sales and marketing processes, ensure effective use of sales management systems;
- coordinate, motivate and develop the Sales Department team;
- ensure effective cooperation with the Company's operational, financial and other departments in order to achieve coordinated commercial decisions and the implementation of the Company's strategic goals.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher university education (an advantage is the field of engineering);
- should have at least 1 year of successful sales development and management experience in the field of engineering or construction;
- is able to analyze, understand and evaluate market trends, understand its segments, see potential for growth;
- is distinguished by leadership, strategic and analytical thinking, is able to motivate a team, manage changes and achieve results;
- is able to effectively cooperate with different teams, initiate performance improvement solutions and ensure their implementation;
- has a driver's license (category B);
- knows English.
