YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the entire real estate sales process – from the first client contact to the smooth completion of the transaction and ensuring a further professional customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is able to manage the sales pace, see the numbers, analyze the market, ensure high quality customer service and initiate solutions that allow achieving the planned project sales results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire real estate sales process from client inquiry to transaction completion and further professional customer experience;
- Ensure the implementation of sales plans, monitor sales pace, results and initiate actions to improve them;
- Organize, coordinate and control the work of sales managers, ensuring high quality of team work;
- Ensure the accuracy of the CRM system, customer data, contracts and all sales information;
- Coordinate the notarial transaction process and cooperate with clients and internal departments;
- Prepare and administer project pricing, analyze market situation and sales results;
- Prepare sales reports, monitor customer debts and ensure process control;
- Collaborate with marketing, construction, and design teams in preparing sales launches for new projects;
- Provide feedback on the market, customer needs, and contribute to the formation of new project solutions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience and professional skills
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a sales team;
- At least 5 years of active B2C or integrated sales experience and a deep understanding of the entire sales process;
- Residential real estate sales experience is a great advantage;
- Experience working with pricing, sales results analysis and reporting;
- Experience working with CRM or other sales management systems;
- Very good Excel and numerical skills;
- Experience in collaborating with different internal departments.
- Ability to manage not only people, but also the entire sales process;
- Commercial and analytical thinking;
- Ability to see numbers, conversions, pricing and make data-based decisions;
- High level of accuracy, detail and responsibility;
- Ability to maintain sales momentum and initiate actions to achieve results.
- Result-oriented and achieving sales goals;
- Sense of ownership and responsibility for team work and customer experience;
- Ability to work quickly, in a structured manner and maintain quality;
- Constructive communication and professional relationship with the client;
- Desire to learn, improve and be interested in the real estate market.
