Managing the existing sales team, consisting of experienced sales specialists: coordinating, motivating and developing their work.
Personal active sales of the company's range to B2B customers and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic partners.
Ensuring the implementation of team and personal sales plans, monitoring market trends and analyzing results.
Conducting negotiations, preparing complex commercial offers and concluding contracts.
Smooth work with the company's business management systems (ERP) for administration of orders, product range and customer data.

Employee requirements
Successful managerial experience in sales (ability to lead and motivate a team).
Successful experience in B2B sales (experience in the fasteners, hardware or construction materials sector is a big advantage).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and time management skills.
Result-oriented, independent, proactive and responsible.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Polish is a significant advantage in daily communication with the company group.
Good computer skills, experience working with large product nomenclatures.
Successful experience in B2B sales (experience in the fasteners, hardware or construction materials sector is a big advantage).
