We are currently recruiting a Sales Department Manager in Rokiškis and Anykščiai to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for team development, motivation, impeccable customer service and sales result achievement.

What will your workday look like?

• Supporting and implementing the company's sales strategy by organizing the work of the department
• Implementing sales goals set for the department
• Searching and selecting employees, training and developing them
• Introducing employees, team building
• Timely and effective organization of the work of the department

• Successful managerial experience in sales

The salary consists of two parts: a fixed salary of 2,200 - 2,700 EUR (excluding taxes) and a bonus for achieved sales results. On average, an employee earns 4,500 euros per month (before taxes), but the amount of the bonus, and therefore the salary, is not limited and
depends on the employee himself.
