We are currently recruiting a Sales Department Manager in Utena and Zarasai to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for team development, motivation, impeccable customer service and sales result achievement.

What will your workday look like?

• Supporting and implementing the company's sales strategy by organizing the work of the department
• Implementing sales goals set for the department
• Searching and selecting employees, their training and development
• Induction of employees, team building
• Timely and effective organization of the work of the department

• Successful managerial experience in sales

• Good computer skills (MS Office and other things)

The salary consists of two parts: a fixed salary from 2460 - 3100 EUR (excluding taxes) and a bonus for achieved sales results. On average, an employee earns 4,700 euros per month (before taxes), but the amount of the bonus, and therefore the salary, is not limited and depends on the employee himself.
