Nordicon Group is a group of companies providing workforce rotation, accommodation and logistics solutions in the construction sector. We work with clients in Lithuania and the Scandinavian (Denmark) market, managing the entire process from employee search to their supervision at the facilities.
Nature of work
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to strengthen our team and contribute to attracting new clients and projects. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, coordinating decisions with HR, Operations and Finance teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Search for new clients and projects in the construction sector according to the established target client portrait;
- Preparation of offers, negotiations, conclusion of contracts;
- Collection of client needs (number of employees, qualifications, location, price, terms) and entry into the system;
- Cooperation with HR and Operations departments regarding the feasibility of the need;
- Coordination of prices and conditions with the Finance Department, within profitability limits;
- Achievement of sales KPIs (new deals, conversion rates);
We hope you:
- Experience in labor rental / personnel services / construction sector sales is a key requirement;
- Understanding of rotation, accommodation and logistics processes;
- Ability to work with B2B clients, negotiate prices and conditions;
- Independence and result orientation;
- English (an additional advantage - knowledge of Scandinavian languages, taking into account the Danish market);
- Driver's license (if visits to clients are planned);
