Your daily routine and responsibilities:
Our new colleague will not only be a procurement analyst, but also an active voice of our company. You will need to:
- Communicate effectively: establish and maintain professional relations with contracting organizations, promptly resolve emerging issues and prepare compelling inquiries.
- Negotiate masterfully: represent the company in negotiation processes, achieving the best commercial results and mutually beneficial contracts.
- Form a public procurement strategy: not only blindly fill out documents, but also analyze conditions, identify "undercurrents" and suggest negotiation tactics.
- Analyze: monitor market trends and competitors' actions to always be one step ahead.
We expect from you:
- Negotiation backbone: ability to defend your position with arguments and remain constructive in tense situations.
- Excellent rhetoric: your oral and written communication is fluent, logical and convincing.
- Knowledge of VP processes: 1-2 years of experience in the field of public procurement (you are well aware of the VP law).
- Resilience and drive: ability to work with tight deadlines without losing communicative ease.
