We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education
- Good command of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Has a quick reaction time and is able to solve daily tasks quickly
- Has good computer skills
- Has analytical thinking and the ability to systematize and process information
- Is meticulous, responsible and attentive to details
- Has good communication and collaboration skills
- Able to plan work, set priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Is proactive, wants to improve and deepen knowledge about products, the market and customer needs
- Has a category B driver's license
We will trust you:
- Daily support to the sales team in administrative and organizational matters
- Tracking, analyzing results and providing insights for planning further actions
- Collecting, filling, checking and coordinating technical information with customers and colleagues
- Entering and updating data in internal systems.
- Monitoring the competitive environment and analyzing the market
- Identifying problems and promptly resolving them
- Initiating proactive actions and finding solutions to increase sales results
- Assisting in organizing meetings and other sales-related activities
