Your responsibilities:
- Development of sales of the company's products in assigned European export markets.
- Work with retail chains, distributors and business partners: search for new opportunities, development and maintenance of relationships.
- Analysis of customer needs, markets, competitive environment, prices and assortment.
- Preparation of commercial offers, pricing, promotions and sales promotion solutions.
- Negotiations on prices, assortment, supply, logistics and other terms of cooperation.
- Adjustment of contractual terms and coordination of projects with internal company teams.
- Analysis of sales results, demand, profitability and assortment efficiency.
- Coordination of new product introductions and customer projects.
- Representation of the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and business events.
- Business trips to assigned markets, visits to partners and sales points.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in business, economics, management, international trade or a similar field.
- You have experience in B2B sales, export, business development or working with retail chains.
- You know the principles of wholesale and retail trade, pricing, assortment formation and stock planning.
- You have successfully developed sales in foreign markets and/or worked with retail chains for at least 2 years.
- You are able to analyze the market, customer needs, competitive environment and sales results.
- You are able to build long-term relationships with customers, partners and potential business contacts.
- You have strong negotiation, communication, planning, organization and project management skills.
- You are independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- You communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
- Additional foreign languages would be an advantage: Polish, German, French, Spanish or other languages used in European markets.
- You are willing to travel.
