- Fixed-term employment contract.
🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will help customers who call our contact center - you will find out their needs, offer the most suitable solution and help them decide on a service - both for our sanatoriums in Birštonas and Druskininkai, and for the "Eglė" rehabilitation center network, uniting 12 centers throughout Lithuania;
- If necessary, you will also offer additional services that may be relevant to the customer;
- You will call potential customers, tell them about our services and help them make a decision;
- You will answer customers' questions and during the conversation, draw attention to services that could be useful to them;
- You will calmly and politely resolve emerging situations, maintaining a good relationship with the customer even when the conversation is not the easiest;
- You will take care of good customer service, which will naturally be reflected in the results of your work.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Experience in telephone sales (required);
- Experience in cold calling (required);
- Higher or higher education;
- Good knowledge of English or Russian;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule;
- Responsibility, honesty and warm and professional communication with customers;
- Strong computer skills;
- Ability to organize work and achieve sales results;
- Ability to conduct live training in Druskininkai or Birštonas.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
