At work, you will need:
- Communicate with potential customers by phone during outgoing calls;
- Consult with customers and sell goods;
- Be interested in the company's products, their composition, properties and purpose and constantly deepen your knowledge;
- Be able to apply the acquired knowledge in a conversation with a customer and convey information about the product in a clear way;
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
We are waiting for you if:
- You like active communication on the phone and are not afraid to start a conversation yourself;
- You know not only how to speak, but also how to listen, find out the client's need and offer the right solution;
- You are inquisitive and curious - you are interested in understanding what you sell, so you want to be interested in products;
- You are independent, responsible and are not afraid to look for answers and deepen your knowledge yourself;
- You are persistent, do not give up after hearing the first "no" and understand that in sales the result does not come by itself;
- You are result-oriented and it is important for you not only to do the job, but also to achieve the set goal;
- You have excellent oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Sales or customer service experience would be an advantage, but not necessary - all necessary training is provided.
We will offer you:
- Permanent employment contract and all social guarantees;
- Convenient working hours Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 16:00 (weekends and holidays off);
