What tasks await you:
- Organize and conduct sales training sessions and events throughout Lithuania;
- Organize knowledge tests and ensure professional development processes for employees and intermediaries;
- Supervision and monitoring of training-related processes;
- Create, systematize and update training materials and ensure their administration in internal systems;
- Assess employees' sales knowledge and skills, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company in implementing sales development and training initiatives.
Important for this position:
- Higher or higher education;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Good collaboration and communication skills;
- Positive thinking, responsibility, honesty, flexibility;
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Experience in life insurance (an advantage).
