Primary responsibilities
- Develop, test and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies: prepare phone sales scripts, question structures, argumentation and closing formulations, as well as develop and implement sales training programs for new employees that help achieve results faster.
- Listen to sales conversations, assess their quality and identify specific mistakes that affect results.
- Provide individual feedback and help salespeople practically improve the sales techniques and formulations used during the conversation.
- Conduct sales training, practical tasks, role-plays and short daily skills training.
- Analyze how the quality of calls and sales skills affect conversion and other sales indicators.
We would like you to
- You would have practical experience in active telephone sales and would have achieved strong personal sales results and would have experience in conducting training or developing employees.
- You would have excellent knowledge of needs clarification, value argumentation, objection management and closing sales.
- You would be able to explain complex sales principles in a simple way and demonstrate them in practice.
- You would be demanding for quality, curious, proactive and constantly looking for more effective sales solutions.
- You would be able to work with call records, CRM system, Excel and training tools.
