Sales trainer in Kaunas

We are currently looking for a Sales Trainer who is able to create and improve sales processes and develop people. You will work to ensure that both showroom and telemarketing teams throughout Lithuania have the knowledge, skills and tools for successful sales. We hope you will be interested in:

• train and develop existing and new sales team colleagues: by visiting Tele2 showrooms, listening to sales conversations with customers, providing feedback to salespeople and their managers, thus measuring and raising competencies;
• constantly improve sales, customer service, team development processes, adapting them to the direction of the business strategy and customer expectations;
• work closely with team leaders, helping them train and develop sales managers;
• conduct sales training, introduce new services, products and sales strategy directions;
• analyze sales results and initiate solutions for their improvement, prepare various reports and presentations related to sales and team development;
• manage internal communication channels, look for new solutions to increase the attractiveness of communication.

We hope that you:

• have excellent knowledge of sales processes and have examples to prove it;
• have experience in the field of retail (experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
• have examples of how you have empowered others with your leadership skills, shared feedback and made a change;
• have excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
• have excellent Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written);
• have a driver's license and your own car.

Base salary from 3000 before taxes to 3460 Eur before taxes (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills), plus bonuses for achieved results and a basket of additional benefits:
