We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with B2C and B2B sales teams. The most important thing in this position is to actively work with the sales team, increase sales efficiency and constantly improve sales results.
Nature of work:
- Ensure the implementation of B2C and B2B sales plans and be responsible for the overall team result.
- Organize the daily work of the sales team, plan priorities and ensure compliance with agreements and work standards.
- Analyze sales KPIs, conversions and other performance indicators, identify problems and make decisions to improve results.
- Actively engage in the most complex negotiations and help the team close strategically important deals.
- Develop the sales team - conduct individual discussions, coaching sessions and help employees improve results.
- Improve sales processes, implement more effective working methods, tools and best practices.
- Participate in the selection of new salespeople, their induction and ensure successful adaptation.
- Collaborate with marketing, project management and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer experience.
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of successful sales team management experience.
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You have worked with B2C and/or B2B sales (experience in leading an active telephone sales team is a great advantage).
- You are a strong negotiator and can get involved in closing important deals if necessary.
- You have a good understanding of sales KPIs, conversions, funnel management and base decisions on data.
- You are result-oriented, make decisions quickly and take responsibility for the results achieved by the team.
- You know how to develop strong salespeople, recognize potential and help the team achieve higher results.
- You are demanding of yourself and the team and always go not to participate, but to win.
