We are currently looking for an international sales professional to join our management team, who will have the opportunity to bring and apply their experience and directly engage in the company's development projects.

In this position you will:
- You will prepare a sales strategy that meets the annual goals and budget set by the company's managers and ensure its implementation
- You will develop sales processes and introduce them into the daily work of the team
- You will recruit and manage a sales team (from 2 to 5 members), set goals, take care of results, initiate training and constantly share best practices
- You will build and maintain relationships with major customers, conduct negotiations
- You will monitor market trends, interpret the competitive environment and respond to changes
- You will go on business trips, visit existing and new customers, participate in exhibitions
- You will be involved in the introduction of new services/products to the market.

The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:
- Experience in organizing and executing B2B sales >4 years
- Team management experience >2 years
- Experience in working with foreign B2B clients >2 years
- Excellent written and oral English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Higher university education
- Strategic approach, ability to quickly make decisions and implement them, strong orientation towards the highest results
- Initiative and independence – ability to take responsibility and achieve results without constant supervision
- Ability to effectively manage, develop and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – ability to present solutions in a reasoned manner, build trust-based relationships with clients
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills – ability to work with numbers, forecasts and sales analyses.
