You will be the one who:
- Leads negotiations that change the rules of the game.
- Closes significant deals.
- Strengthens the team with their insights and professionalism.
Your tasks:
- Actively communicate and build long-term relationships with potential customers
- Search for new customers (for electrical work) in foreign markets, negotiations with potential and existing customers.
- Aim for ambitious goals that have value for both you and the company.
The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:
- Experience in organizing and executing B2B sales >4 years
- Experience in working with foreign B2B clients >2 years
- Excellent English. written and spoken knowledge;
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade.
- Independence, responsibility and goal-oriented – we value professionals who want results.

Our teams of electrical professionals work in the following facilities and industries: residential houses, public buildings, industrial companies, shipbuilders, etc. i.e. Our clients come back to us because of the experience we have in doing these jobs. We carry out work both in Lithuania and abroad.
