We are looking for a strong, responsible and results-oriented sales manager who can not only communicate professionally with customers in Norwegian and English, but also actively contribute to improving sales processes, organizing team work and growing the company.
We are looking for a strong, responsible and results-oriented sales manager who can not only communicate professionally with customers in Norwegian and English, but also actively contribute to improving sales processes, organizing team work and growing the company.
- Managing the sales process from the first customer contact to closing the deal;
- Communicating with customers in Norwegian and English by email and phone;
- Preparing, reviewing and quality assurance of commercial offers;
- Maintaining contact with existing customers and developing long-term relationships;
- Active identification of new sales opportunities and turning them into real orders;
- Forming sales goals, action plans and priorities;
- Analysis of sales results, preparing reports and presenting conclusions;
- Working with CRM system, controlling tasks, customers and sales stages;
- Coordinating, assisting, motivating and monitoring the work of the sales team;
- Collaborating with other departments of the company to ensure smooth customer service;
- Performing other tasks related to sales management and business development.
Employee requirements
Requirements:
Successful experience in sales – at least 3 years of experience with clearly defined sales results;
Experience in leading a sales team or coordinating the work of other salespeople;
Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales;
Strong knowledge of Norwegian – ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, and to represent the company professionally;
Good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing;
Excellent communication, negotiation and understanding of customer needs skills;
Ability to work with a CRM system and analyze sales data;
Organization, responsibility and ability to make independent decisions;
Orientation to results, sales growth and high quality of customer service;
Ability to manage stressful situations, quickly respond to problems and find solutions;
Creativity, initiative and desire to improve existing sales processes;
Ability to work full-time.
