Kauto is a market leader in the field of car sales, providing high-quality car purchase, preparation and sales services. We are currently recruiting a Preparation Manager to join the team, who would be responsible for the smooth management of car sales processes at the lot.
Nature of work:
- Develop and implement sales strategies;
- Ensure profitable growth of the company and effective organization of activities;
- Form, develop and motivate the team;
- Monitor market changes, implement innovations, improve customer experience;
- Allocate tasks to the team and control the work process;
- Communication with suppliers, service providers;
- Effective planning of work schedules and optimization of processes.

- Communicative and result-oriented;
- Driving license (category B) is required.
