Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy in Lithuanian and international markets;
- Ensure execution of sales plans and achievement of planned financial goals;
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Identify new business opportunities and development directions;
- Participate in the preparation and negotiations of key commercial offers;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive environment;
- Effectively use CRM system, ensuring data quality and sales process management;
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve the best customer experience and business results.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience;
- Experience working in an international business environment would be an advantage;
- Ability to independently plan activities and achieve results;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-based decisions;
- Good skills in working with CRM systems;
- Fluent in English;
- Category B driver's license.
