Nature of work
The Sales Manager is responsible for actively searching for new customers, maintaining existing customers and building long-term business relationships. The work includes not only communicating by phone or email, but also visiting customers in person and presenting services.
Main job functions:

- searching for new potential customers and establishing contacts;
- identifying the needs of existing customers and maintaining cooperation;
- visiting customers at their places of operation, organizing and participating in meetings;
- presenting the company's services and adapting them to customer needs;
- preparing commercial offers, negotiating prices and submitting offers to customers;
- assessing the scope of services and the need for work at customer facilities;
- participating in negotiations on the terms of service provision;
- preparing and administering contracts and other sales-related documents;
- analyzing the market and competitors;
- coordinating the sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract;
- coordination of customer feedback, requests and problem solving;
- other tasks related to sales activities and customer service.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (advantage – in management, business, marketing or similar field);
- Category B driver's license;
- Experience in sales, customer service or business development;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to independently search for new customers and actively develop sales;
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to plan your own working time and independently organize meetings with customers;
- Ability to prepare commercial offers and negotiate service terms;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail);
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
